At Online Fabric Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fabric or garment isn't the perfect fit for your project, you can return unwashed and uncut items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully fold your unused fabrics and place them in the original packaging or a secure mailer to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
